Dr. Loman received his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara and his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of California, Davis School of Medicine in 1980. His internship and residency in family practice were completed at Ventura County Medical Center.

Dr. Loman is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He is also a member of the Ventura County Medical Association, California Medical Association and Surfers’ Medical Association.

He is on the staff of Community Memorial Hospital and Ventura County Medical Center.
