The Utilization and Quality Management Department Can Help If You Have a Question or Problem*

Our Managed Care Call Center is ready to assist you. The Call Center is available during these hours:

Monday through Thursday — 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Friday — 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

The Call Center can answer a variety of questions about your care and coverage, including:

  1. Our primary care physicians, specialists and other health care professionals and providers

  2. Service authorizations, denials and conditions of coverage

  3. Health plan eligibility

  4. Copayments and deductibles conditions

  5. Claims information conditions

  6. Complaints and compliments
